This project is working on a proposed 7-unit multi-family residential project located on a corner lot in Whistle Bend, Whitehorse. The design maximizes the number of residential units in an effort to address the housing crisis, while also providing an abundance of amenity space to contribute to a positive living environment and sense of community.

The project consists of 3 buildings – 1 triplex, and 2 duplexes, for a total of 7 units. All units are designed townhouse-style, with vertical party walls. The buildings are configured in a way to allow for a central amenity space spine that ties all the units together. 5 units front the streets and have individual driveways / garages, while 2 units face the internal amenity space and have surface parking stalls.
